Hello,

My name is Ian Dickmann. Welcome to the home of my photography, where I have curated a collection of my favorite images. They are the result of blending my technical skills with evolving creativity. Since purchasing my first camera in 2008, through practice, research, attending photography conferences, and learning from many amazing photographers, my own photography has evolved and matured. 

My photography is a reflection of the various perspectives of which I view the world. From the majestic artificial mountains of an urban cityscape, to the delicate details of a dismissed dandelion, I find joy in translating moments in time into expressions of photographic art. I enjoy meeting people, visiting new places, and searching my environment to see what new subjects surround me. I find being present and open to my surroundings, the layers of depth and scale, helps me channel my creativity.
